Immediately after harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained was transferred to stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12°C in order to obtain natural clarification; here the alcoholic fermentation took place, carried out at a temperature of 16 °C, to preserve and enhance the aromatic component. The wine aged for a short time in steel and rested for 4 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
NePriCa Rosé has a delicate and pale peach blossom pink colour. The nose has notes of yellow peach and apple in harmony with citrus sensations of jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a soft entry supported by a pleasant acidity.
